You have rented a hall with an installed audio system, but it has too few or too expensive microphones.

We supplement the existing system and look after the audio technology.

Included is:

  • Professional 18-channel audio mixer
  • 2 microphone systems of your choice (e.g. headsets, table microphones, etc.)
  • Cables and adapters
  • Travel time and mobility costs, 2 hours incl.

The sound system should have a free XLR connection.

You have an event and still need the necessary audio technology so that you can be understood even in the back row.

Details

These offers are for events at which people primarily speak. So classic lectures, podiums, keynotes or meetings of all kinds. If there are short musical performances in between, this is of course not a problem. However, additional equipment may then be required.

Planning takes place virtually. We exchange information by phone, email or video call. We can clarify technical issues directly with the event location.

Typical microphone systems for live events

Headset

The headset offers a very good and even sound level. Especially for people who like to walk around.

As it is a little fiddly to put on and therefore takes time, it is particularly suitable for people who have a gig for a longer period of time.

Handheld microphone

It is often used for Q&A sessions or when people are only on stage for a short time. At large events, it makes sense to have one person to pass the microphone around. It should not be held too far away from the mouth.

Table microphone

These microphones are very practical for panels or when many people are sitting next to each other on stage. At large gatherings, two people can share one microphone. What's more, you don't always have to hold it.

Room microphone

If an event is also broadcast online, a room microphone can be helpful if there are requests to speak or reactions from the audience.

Exclusions

This offer is valid only for direct end customers.

Should an agency be involved between us as the production company and the end customer, an individual offer will be made. From our experience, there is significantly more coordination effort in all production steps.
